  2. COOKING TEMP: 400F        PORTION: 1 2"cookie
  3. COOKING TIME: 6-8 min.    COOKING PAN: Cookie sheet

  5. INGREDIENTS             AMOUNTS        PROCEDURES

  7. | Margarine             : 1/2 cp       1. Cream margarine and sugar until
  8. | Sugar brown           : 1 cp            light. Beat in eggs.
  9. | Eggs                  : 1 ea         2. Stir in buttermilk.
  10. | Buttermilk            : 1/4 cp       3. Add dry ingredients and blend well.
  11. | Flour                 : 1 3/4 cp     4. Fold in chips and walnuts.
  12. | Baking soda           : 1/2 ts       5. Drop mixture using heaping teaspoon
